The National Conference, involving all Reckitt employees in Indonesia, was held at the Renaissance Nusa Dua Bali Hotel. This National Conference event serves as the beginning-of-year meeting for evaluating the past year and planning strategies for the year ahead. The event itself consists of Plenary Meetings, Brand Sessions, Team Building activities, and a Gala Dinner
The obstacles arise from the complexity of the event.
– Coordination with multiple Point of Contacts (PICs) from each sub-event of the client
– Preparing the event timeline within a tight 3-week timeframe
– Receiving last-minute item requests from the client
– Coordinating with internal teams, including the respective PICs for each event
– Sudden concept changes requested by the client
